Danalyn started shittycode.com after selling both previous incarnations of her site, techwench.com and prissed.com, when she got tired of having to deal with the leechers, and moochers, and the near-thousand bandwidth-hogging assholes who visited her site daily, expecting her to fix their sites for free.

Then, one day…

[danalyn] I can’t stand those I’m-a-mac/I’m-a-PC commercials.
[danalyn] I hate Macs.
[yoshi] You should start a blog
[danalyn] Heh.  Yeah, shittymacs.com
[yoshi] lol.  That would rock!
[danalyn] But I have to be fair, since I hate PCs just as much.
[yoshi] shittypc.com!

And that is (more or less) how The Shitty Network got started.

From there, whenever something minutely annoyed us, whether it be stupid memes, blog, photos (which is coming), etc., someone chimed in over IM “shitty_____.com!”

The Shitty Network - which includes all shitty_____.com sites linked to within, is provided for entertainment purposes only.  Sometimes we’ll offend, sometimes we’ll console...hell, sometimes, we may even post something you might find useful...but for the most part, we just write shit.
